Rooted Encounter

The event that started to bring together hip hop students with artists and activists from Enraizados in August 2005, grows with each edition mixing trends of National Hip Hop with other musical cultures, raggae and samba. The Enraizados Movement was created with the aim of connecting people from all over Brazil who practiced the integrated arts of hip hop (rap, break, dj and graffiti), promoting each artist and promoting culture and social inclusion through militancy in peripheries of large cities.
