Luiza Bairros

Luiza Helena de Bairros was a militant of the Black Movement and the struggle of the Black Women, one of the great names in Brazil in the fight against racism and sexism. She was also chief minister of the Secretariat of Policies for the Promotion of Racial Equality in Brazil between 2011 and 2014 and died in 2016.
