Baile Black Bom

Baile Black Bom proposes a time travel of black music with reinterpretations of the greatest classics of the genre, from the soul of the 70s to contemporary hip hop interpreted by the band Consciência Tranquila. The party became known for its editions in Pedra do Sal, in the Port Region in Rio de Janeiro, creatively occupying the urban space with music and Afro entrepreneurship. All of this happening on the street for free, bringing together sounds, colors, flavors and movements. Black Bom comprises a set of initiatives, bringing together Botacara Produções - Artistic and logistical production; Black Bom Institute - Articulation and initiatives in the field of black creative economy and afro entrepreneurship; Banda Consciência Tranquila - resident collective of Baile Black Bom: and the trendy Baile Black Bom.
