The Menelick 2nd Act: Brasilidades e Afins
Cultne with images and editing by Filó Filho, recorded a chat with the magazine's editor, journalist and photographer José Nabor Jr during the Black Fair 2011, held on December 19, 2011 in São Paulo. The name is inspired by a newspaper - O Menelick - linked to what was conventionally called "Black Press" and which circulated in São Paulo in the 1910s. Its creator at the time was the poet Deocleciano Nascimento. Currently, who is behind the project of the 2 Act of Menelick is the journalist and photographer José Nabor Jr. who from 2007 to 2010 developed the project of the now printed magazine in a homonymous blog.

Cultne registered the photographic exhibition Ojú - Olhos do photographer and Omo Orixá Raimundo Santa Rosa at Unisuam - Centro Universitário Augusto Motta on November 22, 2017. Ojú - Olhos, portrays children's feelings with parallel profiles in two opposite continental regions - Brazil and Africa. The distribution of images becomes a great game, when the viewer is invited to identify the place of origin of the children portrayed, which will be discovered only by looking at the back of each photograph. Emanoel Alves de Araújo was born in Santo Amaro da Purificação, Bahia, on November 15, 1940. He is a sculptor, draftsman, engraver, set designer, painter, curator and museologist. Son of a cafuzo father and mestizo mother, Emanoel was born in a traditional Bahian city, whose setting inspired him to perform some of his productions.

Erected in 1986, in Praça Onze, with the deputy José Miguel as mentor, the monument that honors Zumbi dos Palmares received several activities with the participation of several groups of Afro culture in front of the monument to Zumbi dos Palmares. Rio de Janeiro was the first municipality to declare a holiday in honor of Zumbi dos Palmares, in 1995.

Djalma do Alegrete
Djalma do Alegrete, the painter of Negritude Djalma Cunha dos Santos, was born in Alegrete, in Rio Grande do Sul-RS (1931 - 1994). He was a costume designer, set designer, draftsman, painter and teacher. He completed his artistic studies at the Institute of Fine Arts in Porto Alegre (1957), having specialized in portraits. Between 1958 and 1962 he created various scenarios and costumes for theaters in Rio Grande do Sul. He is also the author of those with whom, in 1963, Ieda Maria Vargas won the titles of Miss Rio Grande do Sul (Porto Alegre), Miss Breasil ( Rio de Janeiro) and Miss Universo (Miami). He was a drawing teacher and participated, among others, in the Exhibition of Gaucho Artists, at the Leme Palace Hotel (Rio de Janeiro) and held several individual shows throughout Brazil.Plastic Arts - Jurandir Freitas Jr.
