Cor da Pele recorded the sound of the musician and singer Macdonis during the launch event of the SOS Racism Program in 1987.
The launch of SOS Racismo took place on December 10, 1987 in Cinelândia, downtown Rio de Janeiro. Marcos Romão and Wilson Prudente, together with other companions, led the event, which featured artists, leaders and personalities from the black community in Rio.

Ras Adauto and Vik Birkbeck founded Enúgbarijo Comunicações, named after the ex messenger, Boca Coletiva. Alpharita Constantia Marley Anderson, better known as Rita Marley (born on July 25, 1946 in Cuba) is a singer and was the wife of Bob Marley. She collaborated with the minister of culture and Brazilian singer Gilberto Gil in the production of her latest reggae album. She was a struggling woman whose life was not easy after Bob's death, as she had to look after her five children, in addition to Bob's children with other women.

On January 19, 1987 TV Globo recorded the rehearsal of Banda Central Africana in the studio. To the sound of the band, Papa Rick, the vocal leader of the Rastafarian band sang about the essence of his reggae band.
The formation of Central Africana was composed by Ricky (Magic), Pedrin Gomes, Tom Guimaraes, Eduardo Villar (Beloba), Marinho Filho, Sanny Alves and Falcon Man.
