MUHCAB is a Museum aimed at repairing Brazilian black slavery, valuing freedom as a premise for building racial equality. The Museum of Afro-Brazilian History and Culture - Muhcab is a Territory Museum and includes places such as the José Bonifácio School, Pedra do Sal, Largo São Francisco da Prainha and Valongo Pier. These spaces play a fundamental role in the rescue, preservation and revitalization of Afro-Brazilian memory.
