The 4th edition of the Literary Festival of Samba and Cultural Resistance took the form of an electronic magazine, taking place in the virtual environment, on the 8th, 9th and 10th of February, from 5pm to 10pm, with the traditional mix of samba, literature, audiovisual and fair online. On the occasion, Flisamba paid tribute to the late Aniceto do Império Serrano. Flisamba's mission is to value the diversity of black culture, combining samba and other traditional rhythms with literary production, in addition to celebrating stories of black protagonism.

On July 10th, Renascença Clube launched FliSamba – Literary Festival of Samba and Cultural Resistance. The proposal is to bring together, in the same event, samba dancers, writers and poets and entrepreneurs whose work focuses on Afro-Brazilian culture and samba from Rio de Janeiro. The event will feature the special participation of writer and samba dancer Nei Lopes.

Flamengo's night was celebrated at the Blue Note concert hall, in Lagoa, Zona Sul of Rio, and crowned with the special appearances of great names in Brazilian music, such as Anderson do Molejo, Dudu Nobre, Jorge Vercillo, Leny Andrade, Neguinho da Beija-Flor, Sandra de Sá, Xande de Pilares and singer Joyce Cândido interpreting the music recorded by Zezé Motta, who was unable to attend due to a commitment.

The proposal is to bring together, in the same event, samba artists, writers and poets and entrepreneurs whose work focuses on Afro-Brazilian culture and the samba from Rio de Janeiro. Another high point of the party was the launch of the book “Na meu pele”, by actor Lázaro Ramos, which brought together a crowd of fans, including actresses Ruth de Souza and Zezé Mota, who attended the event highlighting its importance.

Pioneer and already traditional manifestation of the genre in Brazil, the 4th edition of Flisamba - Literary Festival of Samba and Cultural Resistance - was conducted by actress Lica Oliveira and Youtuber Jonathan Raimundo, opening space for authors to present their literary works, in addition to a lot of music on February 8, 9 and 10, 2021. Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the celebration followed all WHO safety standards for the prevention of Covid-19 and using technology to unite Brazilian communities, spreading black culture nationwide.
